Touching back on the mission minded family post I did...Remember anyone can engage in a conversation or smile once.  It's the second smile and follow up conversations that meaningful relationships begin to grow and new faces become familiar.  

I know you've heard this before but encourage your children to initiate conversations with people they frequently see too.  It teaches them initiation, confidence, and most importantly, to acknowledge all beings with love.
