Veggies and lentils are what we eat day in and day out. So easy to make and we all love them.
Made me sad to burn these old documents. We started our international adoption over 8 years ago. Seems like it was just a few years ago filling out all these papers. Life has changed and gone so fast.
I wouldn't change it for anything.

Most of the kiddos finished school here at
Camp Funk
They are still doing Math, Health, and some random other books we are working through. Love being done with school. Trying to put things away, make transcripts at some point, deep clean for the rummage in May, and master some new recipes for some new things I will be selling at the rummage that people have been asking me about.
