under attack
A lot of Christians I know don't want to believe, that Spiritual warfare is absolutely real. The bible speaks of spiritual warfare in many places throughout the bible but most directly in Ephesians where Paul speaks about putting on the full armor of God.
Since it's warfare, God instructs Christians to use a very specific set of armor and weapons in Ephesians 6:14-18
Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.
Spiritual warfare is a reality of Christian life. Since our side wins and the devil has already lost, he has nothing to lose in trying to take as many people with him in defeat.

the devil comes strutting back with a new way to attack us.
There is a hope within the struggle. There is a joy within the pain. There is a love within the fear. There is a peace that surpasses all understanding of our circumstances.
JESUS.
It is Him.
When we walk through the fire, He is with us.
Our God loves to give a way of escape for His people during the difficult times. He also loves to show Himself to us in those times. Sometimes, He will provide a way out, and other times, He will use those circumstances to make us more like Him.
The wrestle…the struggle…don’t run away from it. Take it…embrace it.
Press deeply into God during it, persevering within it, allow it to prove your character. Remain faithful to God and rising up within it as a testimony to all those around you. There is One who is your refuge in time of trouble, and there is One alone Who remains faithful to you in all things.
May His truth be your testimony.
