I've been helping people with food for so many years and it's so much fun.
You were born one time and you finish when you die
the time we have here is our journey
That's what this is about.

what foods bloat you, what foods make you constipated, what foods make you feel good, what foods make you feel bad, what foods give you energy
learn more about yourself than what the number is on the scale, or dropping body fat,
stealing time and mind share from you

think about how we want our looks.... the perception get in the way
time in thought picking ourselves apart
it never ends
think about what happens when you don't have to focus on those things
it's a journey and lifestyle
the scale is not an accurate measuring scale
get rid of it.
body weight can fluctuate everyday just from water
have new awareness around food to make those changes
learn about ourselves,
how you feel emotionally,
hows our energy
develop new habits
turn it into a lifestyle
weight wont come back if you change your lifestyle
be aware of your food, be aware of your training
(bean muffins-divine)
you become more confident with awareness
I become bloated with dairy, I fall asleep with sugar.
this is the journey and exploration
do more of what makes you feel good.
