We need to stop viewing health as being about removing things from our lives.
(less fat on our body, fewer calories, less foods we are allowed to eat)
And start viewing it as what we can add to our lives
(more of the foods we enjoy, more healthy habits, more joy and more Jesus.)


This is our go to ...Homemade Cauliflower Crust pizza with all sorts of veggies on and dairy free cheese.
