Meal prep Sundays and Lists

We are list makers here.  Kids get lists every day and take joy in crossing things off.  I love making lists and crossing things off and making new ones constantly.  
I like a clean list.


We make black beans, refried, and northern  beans every Sunday for the week.  
I do meal prep for that week but plan my menu for 2 weeks.  I cut, shred, slice, noodle veggies for the week too.  The kids love to help!





This is our homemade cauliflower/dairy free/veggie pizza we have every Sunday.
Divine!
