Where did June go?

Olivia  took a trip to a nursery and she picked up all the dead flowers on the ground to use at home for things.  Love this girls creativity.  Her mind never stops moving.

We have constant slime making going on here.  There is always empty containers around, powders and misc. ingredients all over, something gone when I go to use it and on and on.
Love it and hate it.
It keeps them busy.
I never you could do so much with basic ingredients in your pantry.

Family bike rides are huge in this family.  Gabe's doing great on 2 wheels!

We all love playing in the rain...

Could these be any cuter for the rummage

Camp Y-Koda field trip for home school rocked
kayaking, gaga ball, playground, archery, frog catching and hanging with friends

Olivia's been making a ton of American girl crafts.  How she comes up with these tiny ideas is crazy.

before...after

We wear our shoes until they're beyond repairing.
my kiddos are so hard on shoes

Thank you Magestro for the fun party and awesome tye dye shirts!

Olivia made this for a friend for a birthday gift..love it

Can you find Abraham?

We had a busy week full of different Dr. appts every day this week, summer school for 3 kiddos and friends over for fun and fellowship.  Love our full days.

It would be so easy to miss motherhood.
It would be easy to live thinking that when things get fixed, or I look and feel better, or our home gets updated, or when our finances are better, that then I can be happy and can enjoy this moment with my kids.

Don't make motherhood based on the context of things, events, or the idea of perfection in the world's eye view- you'll miss out on today.

Today might not look like what you want it to look like.  Today may hurt, be tricky, be painful, and actually be hard to look at. But for the kids- they need to see you.  Not all the things you think.

Don't put off till tomorrow what you could be doing today.

This very second is a gift.

You don't know when the lasts will happen.  The last time you carry them up the stairs, the last time you pull the covers up just so, or the last time they need wiping, or hold their hand through the parking lot, or the last time they will go out your front door.

Live life and find joy.

The beauty of this embracing life is that you can start right now today.  It's not dependent upon yesterday, but your choice today, the next, and the next.

Live a beautiful life not a perfect life like the world tells you to live.

Don't fear the stumbles and the road blocks God allows.

Get back up and start over That's when you need him the most.

Love Wins
