Those long hard days
It has been one of those months where we are going and going in our little world.  And i don't mean driving around and sporting events and such...i just mean life in my home.  day to day.

Feeling like I'm in a rabbit hole at times trying to get out.

Schooling, dentist appts. getting caught up, putting a kabash on the quarrels between the little 2, timeouts, and doing life so much you really don't get to play with your kids all day.

Being with them....just not playing with them.
earth is our battleground
I know this is our journey and his plan on his timeline
and what a story we will have to share
and how faith has been tested and tried and pulled
but it is hard
some have it REAL easy but that's their life
RIGHT?
it only makes us realize how much more we need him all day and every day
Life is hard
and at times... not fun
These last few years have been interesting for us
life seems to be a never ending roller coaster ride
when you step out in faith and do what God puts on your heart
whatever it may be
it's so easy to be offended at God's silence and disinterest and allow doubt to slip into our heart
or we can choose to believe God loves us with a lavish love and has our best interest at heart-
even when things make no sense to us.
Blessed are those who don't doubt me. Matthew 11:6

times come to all of us when God's activity in our lives seems to make no sense
we wonder at the circumstances we find ourselves in

God tells us
He will never leave us or forsake us Hebrews 13:5
He has lavished his great love on us 1 John 3:1
He cares about the burdens we carry and invites us to cast them on him to carry for us 1 Peter 5:7
He invites us to learn his ways and find rest for our weary and burdened souls Matthew 11:12
Don't let doubt slip in and permeate your soul.
Jesus promises we will be blessed when we choose to keep trusting him even when it seems to make no sense.
I trust you as my faithful God!

I want to be a good and faithful servant.
I am allowing his grace to cover me and his rest to penetrate my soul.
“May the LORD reward your work, and your wages be full from the LORD, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to seek refuge.” Ruth 2:12
