RAFFLE CANCELLED.
Straight out of the "learn something new" files, we found out that under Wisconsin Law we do not qualify for a raffle license and that if we conduct one without a license, we'd have all sorts of problems and be in big trouble too! Obviously that would put a major damper on our plans.
Therefore we have cancelled our raffle for the Wii Game System. Sorry.
However; we still plan to host some fundraisers including a Brat Fry (Cook out) scheduled for Jan 31st here in Kiel and we are also are looking into selling t-shirts as a fundraiser too.
Keep checking the blog here for updates and thanks to several of you who contacted us with info on the raffle laws in Wisconsin...we appreciate it.
What a neat idea! I posted a link on Facebook and Tweeted about it. Prayers for a great "turn-out". :) We'll enter ourselves after the New Year.
