When you come to our house there is always plenty of weapons for you in every room. Swords, bow and arrow, hammers and shields to protect yourself.

We planted one of these...garden things.  Actually my mom and the kids did.  They have been waiting for a garden for a long time.  I was the procrastinator.  I am no gardener.  They all chose certain things like watermelon, cantaloupe, sweet potatoes, red peppers, celery, kale, broccoli and cauliflower.  We have some strawberries and tomatoes in another spot.  We shall see how this goes. 

 This is what Gabe does while we try to school.  Makes lots of messes. He loves to raid the game closet.   He pretty much stays busy if he can just keep making messes.

We have one more week of school left and we're barely hanging on. They are so excited for the end of the year ice cream party.  We are getting together with friends this weekend, attending a police academy graduation, and doing some things around the house.  I hope to organize some home school stuff too.
