Prayers for the Fallen

Last night one firefighter from the neighboring community of St Anna Wisconsin died and several others were hurt in the line of duty after an explosion occurred while the firefighters worked to extinguish a fire at a local business. Fire and Police Departments including ours from Kiel were involved in the call.  The entire area and our own community of Kiel is hurting deeply today. Please keep hold all of these firefighters, their families, friends, and co-workers in your prayers. These are brave men and women who serve all of us everyday working to keep us all safe. Unfortunately often times we don't truly appreciate what a firefighter or police officer does for us until one or more of them fall in the line of duty.
